Inspired by our successful wellbeing trails, these plaques encourage simple, meaningful interactions - just a hello, a shared view, or a quiet moment together. Because sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a difference.

Loneliness, linked to serious health risks, affects nearly 50% of UK adults. We know that fostering connection in nature can change lives.
